FilTalk Media Downloader — v1.002

A download is only called Completed when the file is really saved; otherwise it says Failed and why.
If converting to MP3 fails, the downloaded file is kept and its place is shown, instead of being deleted.
Long albums (hours of audio) now finish converting to MP3.
Faster downloads: several pieces are downloaded at once.
Faster MP4: video that is already MP4 is saved without a long conversion.
