Toogs-Toogs

Toogs-Toogs is a live DJ and audio performance program made for blind, screen reader and low-vision users, and comfortable for sighted DJs too. Everything works from the keyboard, and every change is announced through NVDA, JAWS or Windows Narrator. Play sound effects instantly from 36 keys, run background music with a queue, change the pitch live, fade and crossfade between songs, preview a song in your headphones before the audience hears it, and talk over the music with your microphone. Toogs-Toogs was originally created by Yukie Nobuharu using BGT scripting, and has been continued, modernized, expanded and improved by John Carlo Amog.

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. A sound card or USB audio device; optional second device for headphones; optional microphone or virtual audio cable.

1. Download the zip and extract the Toogs-Toogs folder anywhere (Documents, Desktop or a USB stick). 2. Open the folder and run Toogs-Toogs.exe. 3. Updates install by themselves: the program checks filtalk.org when it starts, or use Help, Check for Updates.
